Have you tried moringa before? In the U.S. the dried leaves are sold as dietary supplements either in powder or capsule form. For the past 6 months, I’ve added a teaspoon of Kuli Kuli Organic Pure Moringa Powder to smoothies, oatmeal, and plain Greek yogurt with honey, chia seeds, and walnuts. I’m giving my body extra nutrients to conquer the day.

The Moringa Latte from Kuli Kuli Foods
Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. Milk or milk alternative
- 1 Tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1-3 tsp agave or honey
Instructions
- Heat 8-10 ounces of your favorite milk, milk alternative, or water on the stove using a small pot. You can use a microwave to speed up this process, but be careful not to overheat the milk.
- When the milk begins to bubble, turn off the heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp of Moringa powder and 1-3 tsp of agave or honey to sweeten to taste. Use a whisk to mix in and froth the beverage.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
Moringa powder in addition to eating other plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds may help you lower your risks of many chronic illnesses.
