
Berry Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are raw oats that have been soaked overnight in liquid like milk, lactose-free milk, or a non-dairy alternative. An easy and delicious breakfast choice.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened berries
- 1/3 cup dry cooking oats steel cut oats or quick oats will also work
Instructions

Combine 1/4 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt, 1/4 cup 2% milk 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened berries 1/3 cup dry cooking oats in a cup or jar. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Top each cup with 1 oz. of vanilla yogurt and 1 tablespoon of berries.
