- 6 oz *milk or a plant-based milk substitute like unsweetened soy milk (I used goat milk)
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon unsalted creamy peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1-2 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
