
Are you skipping breakfast because you don't have time to get yourself ready, your children ready, and walk the dog? Well here is an easy and nutritious breakfast you can prepare the night before and eat in the morning. No more excuses for skipping breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (I used Gluten Free Oats)
- 1/2 cup goat milk (or any milk or milk substitute)
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions

Place all ingredients except the berries into a glass jar with a lid.

Put the lid on tightly and shake the jar to mix all ingredients.

Once the ingredients are mixed, pour the berries on top and replace the lid.

Place the jar into the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, stir the berries into the oatmeal mixture and enjoy!
