Gluten-free Creamy Buckwheat Cereal
Start your day with a warm bowl of creamy buckwheat cereal. Cook with milk or water, honey, and top with berries, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Delicious!
- 1 1/4 cup water or milk (or a non-dairy alternative)
- 1/4 cup cream of buckwheat
Bring water or milk to a boil.
Stir in cream of buckwheat. Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
