Lean Green Machine Smoothie
A simple, yet healthful, smoothie with ingredients high in antioxidants like vitamin C that is delicious and a treat for kids and adults.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 2% milk if you're lactose-intolerant replace milk with lactose-free milk or a non-dairy beverage alternative
- 1 seedless peeled orange
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup banana, peeled
- 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ice cubes, optional
Instructions

Place ¼ cup 2% milk in blender; add a seedless peeled orange (broken into sections if desired), 1 cup baby spinach, and ½ a banana. Blend on HIGH until smooth.

Add yogurt, and blend until combined.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
