Quick Creamy Vegan Fonio Chocolate Pudding
Simple, quick, and delicious vegan chocolate pudding to satisfy your sweet cravings.
- 2 cups soy non-dairy beverage or any plant-based beverage of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder, raw
- 1 cup fonio, cooked
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- pinch sea salt
Place the soy plant-based beverage in a pan and bring it to a simmer. Add the vanilla extract and turn off the heat.
Add the sugar, cacao powder, and sea salt.
Add the cooked fonio and stir until well-mixed.
Gently stir in the cocoa nibs. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Serve cold or at room temperature.
