Creamy Peanut Butter & Berry Smoothie

  • 6 oz *milk or a plant-based milk substitute like unsweetened soy milk (I used goat milk)
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted creamy peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1-2 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

  2. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Pour into a glass.
