This is a no-bake nutritious snack that only takes 10 minutes to make. Peanut Butter Bliss Bites have 5 delicious ingredients destined to please the sweetest tooth. Packed with protein and carbs it's the ideal pick me up snack or pre/post workout snack. Just 2 peanut butter bliss bites are less than 200 calories!

  • 1/2 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup craisins, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl

  2. Roll into balls -- about 1 inch each (chill the mixture to make it easier to roll).

  3. Refrigerate the finished bliss bites in an airtight container for up to a week.
