Jerlyn (Je-lan) Jones, owner of The Lifestyle Dietitian LLC, is an Atlanta-based registered dietitian nutritionist, speaker, media personality, and nutrition consultant. She is passionate about showing you simple nutrition solutions to reach your BEST self.
She has shared evidenced-based nutrition counseling and coaching tips with thousands of clients struggling with their weight or trying to manage chronic illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and heart disease. She recently became a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) after undergoing the program herself and experienced dramatic health results. As a CLT she wants to improve the health outcomes in a wide range of chronic health problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, migraine, fibromyalgia, and a number of other illnesses related to food sensitivities.
Her approach with clients is a non-diet method called Intuitive Eating, learning how to trust yourself to make small and simple food choices. She believes choosing whole nutritious foods combined with fitness and loving yourself is important towards health and happiness.
